Competing in hundreds of events for almost 30 years and participating in endless hours of training and development programs, a few fundamentals started to form in his mind based on his own experience and observation of the most successful drivers in Australia and around the world. Paul decided to establish Elite Driver Academy with its primary mission of teaching drivers how to be their best on and off the track. Paul believes that before a person can become the best driver in the world, they first need to work on being the best version of themselves. Elite Driver Academy focuses not only on the technical complexities of being a driver but also the human, fun, mental, physical and emotional acumen required to succeed in the sport establishing those foundations and carrying them to the peak and later years of a driver’s career.
